“My laptop would crash often and give the blue screen of death. I brought it to Nort Texas PC Rx, they told me exactly what they would do to determine the issue. After I dropped off the laptop at his location, they texted me that same day to inform me that my issue was with the motherboard. They gave me the option of allowing them to install a new motherboard and told me the pros and cons going forward or not. After I chose to not install a new motherboard, they did not charge me for the diagnostic. North Texas PC Rx personnel are very knowledgeable, will answer all of your questions, and are a pleasure to work with. WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE (GONE BAD)

"Don worked very hard over two days to try to recover my laptop after [I was] trying to upgrade to Windows 10. He didn't just go with the first easiest solution, replacing the motherboard, but researched and realized for my particular system that would just fail again. Though that option remained on the table if we got an exact replacement, I choose to buy a new computer. I am impressed by the amount of time that he spent, while not getting paid because no repairs were possible."

He came to pick-up/drop-off my laptop, kept in very close contact letting me know when he would be calling/stopping by and how quickly he'd be able to get to my computer, and spent time explaining what he actually found out and his recommendations for moving forward. Turns out that my problem was that my power supply was dead so Don ordered me a new one and gave me a loaner to use until the new one arrives. He also did a malware,AdWare, and virus check (part of his value added service) and cleaned up what he found. I will definitely use Don again. His prices are extremely reasonable and his service is top-notch!"
